Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve food, make coffee/tea, and handle transactions

Keep the café stocked and notify of shortages

Maintain a clean and hygienic environment

Ensure safe use of equipment and facilities

Follow operating plans and complete financial paperwork

Respond to customer feedback professionally

Welcome visitors and offer assistance

Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards

Hospitality or café experience is a plus (but not required)
