Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the resort

Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and luxury guest experiences

Develop and implement efficient housekeeping processes and procedures

Ensure smooth daily operations and manage staff scheduling

Oversee inventory control and maintenance of housekeeping supplies

Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in a senior or executive housekeeping role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment
