Key Responsibilities

Manage the operations of the Company’s Customs Department to ensure product availability for internal customers

Locate manufacturers, agents, or vendors for resale merchandise, equipment, and supplies

Review Private Bonds and bond records to ensure compliance

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the most economical total cost of supply

Maintain sound knowledge of market conditions to monitor product availability and supply

Collaboratively manage supplier relationships and inventories
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
A degree in Accounting, Management, or Supply Chain Management with at least two years’ experience in a similar role

Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent numerical and analytical skills
-
A valid driver’s license and access to their own transportation
