About the Role
Element Realty is looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Assistant to support clients through the property buying and selling process. This role blends admin, sales, and client relationship management in the Barbados real estate market.
Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify and nurture potential leads

QuickBooks: Basic knowledge required

Property Showings: Tour homes with prospective buyers

Office Administration: Support sales agents with back-office tasks

CRM & File Management: Build relationships and keep records organized
Ideal Candidate

Sales experience (real estate preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
