About the Role
The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional spa services including massage, facials, waxing, nail care, and wellness treatments. This role reports to the Head Therapist and requires a service-focused professional with international standards of certification.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver massages, facials, waxing, body and nail treatments within scheduled time

Maintain sanitation and product usage standards

Provide education and promote home care programs to guests

Ensure treatment areas are stocked, clean, and organized

Support the spa team in overall operations and assist at events

Promote spa services, retail items, and current promotions

Respond professionally and promptly to guest needs or concerns

Attend and contribute to training and team meetings
Requirements

International certification in Massage Therapy, Nail Care, or Aesthetics

Experience with modalities like Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, or Sports Massage

Secondary school education
-
First Aid and CPR certification

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of wellness product lines and treatments

Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Physically capable of working with hands for extended periods
