About the Role

CAGE (Barbados) Inc. is seeking a skilled Technician to join our technical services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and replacing gaming devices at customer locations across the island. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to grow in the gaming technology industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and replace components in gaming machines at various locations
  • Perform basic game board setups and system configurations
  • Monitor and respond to service calls as dispatched
  • Complete all service-related documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain assigned company vehicle and report any issues
  • Support and advise agents and venue staff on equipment-related matters
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and act as a professional company representative
  • Follow standard operating procedures and company policies
  • Report customer or venue feedback to supervisors
  • Recommend improvements to increase service efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4 CXC or GCE Ordinary Level certificates, including English and Mathematics (relevant experience may be considered in lieu)
  • Technical certification from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or equipment servicing role
  • Certificate in Computer Applications (including Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Valid Barbados driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle operated

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of Barbados’ geography and customer locations
