About the Role:
Ontrac Telematics is seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Tracking & Dashcam/CCTV Installer to join our team. This role focuses on installing and configuring vehicle tracking, dashcam, and CCTV systems for various vehicle types while ensuring optimal performance and excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure vehicle tracking systems, dashcams, and CCTV units

Route and terminate cables for power and data connections

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

Test systems to ensure connectivity and functionality

Provide training and technical support to customers

Maintain accurate installation and service records while following safety protocols
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical and security systems

Proficient in interpreting wiring diagrams and diagnostic tools

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and customer service abilities
-
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites

Certifications in automotive electronics are an asset
