Axe Solutions Inc. is seeking an organised and dependable Courier and Warehouse Coordinator to oversee deliveries, inventory movement, procurement and daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will support project logistics and ensure materials, tools and equipment reach work sites safely and on time.
Transport team members to and from work sites when required
Deliver materials, tools, and equipment safely and on schedule
Manage inventory between the warehouse and active work sites
Procure and plan materials, tools, and equipment for projects
Process shipments and track incoming and outgoing goods
Assist with logistics and operational efficiency planning
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Ensure company vehicles and equipment are properly maintained
A heavy goods driver’s licence held for more than five years
A clean driving record
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines
Experience with inventory management, data entry, stock control, and auditing
Strong warehouse organisation and facility maintenance skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physical ability to load and unload goods and assist with equipment setup
Knowledge of road laws and company health and safety standards
