A medium-sized distribution company is seeking a reliable and responsible Custodian/Driver to join their team.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of office spaces and property grounds, running errands, and transporting goods or staff as needed. A valid Light Goods or Heavy-Duty Driver’s License is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of offices, restrooms, and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal

Ensure external property areas such as walkways, parking lots, and green spaces are clean and well-maintained

Drive company vehicles to transport staff, materials, and documents safely and efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Light Goods or Heavy Duty Driver’s License

Proven experience in custodial/maintenance work and professional driving

Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional and courteous attitude

Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary

Prior experience in a similar dual-role position

Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques
