About the Role
GAIA Inc. is seeking a self-starter to join their Operations Department as Duty Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help ensure a positive experience for all airport users. You’ll play a key role in coordinating airport operations, maintaining standards, liaising with stakeholders, and assisting in emergency responses.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate staff schedules for terminal services

Supervise the airport taxi operation and resolve disputes
-
Compile reports and data for the Operations Department
-
Conduct guided airport tours
-
Assist in emergency response to aircraft and environmental incidents
-
Respond to public complaints and feedback
-
Contribute to planning and policy implementation within the operations team
What You’ll Need
-
A degree in Management or a related discipline
-
At least 3 years of management experience in operations, customer service, or aviation
-
Knowledge of airport operating standards
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-
Valid manual light goods driver’s license
-
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
-
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
