About the Role

The FF&E Clerk is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of all hotel furniture, furnishings, and equipment, including villas owned by the property. This is a permanent, full-time role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with hotel operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly inventory of all FF&E items in guest rooms, public areas, and villas
  • Submit weekly reports on condition checks and rotation schedules
  • Maintain and file purchase records, cheque requests, and delivery documents
  • Assist in container clearing and liaise with local/overseas suppliers
  • Ensure neat and organized filing systems and FF&E work areas
  • Report and tag items requiring cleaning, repair, or replacement
  • Monitor contractor activity for adherence to hotel safety protocols

Requirements

  • Secondary school education with passes in English and Mathematics
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic carpentry and electrical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good business acumen and computer proficiency (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of hotel facilities, courier services, and standard FF&E procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active duties including bending, stretching, and walking
