About the Role

Bougainvillea and Sugar Bay Resorts are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their marketing team. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality designs aligned with each resort’s unique branding and marketing strategy. This role plays a key part in driving engagement, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting campaign visuals across digital and print platforms.


Responsibilities

Brand Development & Consistency

  • Create and maintain branding assets in line with established brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistency in tone, typography, color, and visuals

Marketing Collateral

  • Design flyers, signage, brochures, menus, and digital ads
  • Collaborate on campaigns, promotions, events, and seasonal offers

Digital Content Creation

  • Design engaging visuals for websites, social media, and email campaigns
  • Assist in creating animated or video content (e.g. reels, stories)

Photography & Image Management

  • Select, edit, and retouch marketing photos
  • Maintain the image library and coordinate with photographers

Print & Production

  • Prepare final artwork for print and coordinate with vendors for quality control

Cross-Department Support

  • Collaborate with F&B, Events, and Front Office to design internal comms and event materials
  • Support hotel events with tailored visuals

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 2–3 years’ design experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle sectors
  • Proficient in Canva, Affinity Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
  • Photography or videography experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of web and social media design trends is a plus

Work Environment
