About the Role
The IT Support Technician will provide front-line technical support to internal staff and resort guests, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and AV systems. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, customer service skills, and a proactive attitude in maintaining the resort’s IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain PCs, servers, printers, POS systems, and hardware peripherals

Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on all IT equipment

Provide end-user support for software applications and hardware systems

Support audio-visual systems and resort-wide network infrastructure

Assist with VoIP telephone systems and Helpdesk operations

Monitor and support backup systems and data network stability
Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Windows 2008 & 2013 (PC and Server)

Solid understanding of networking essentials and troubleshooting methods

Familiar with VoIP telephone systems and audiovisual equipment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong troubleshooting and time management abilities

Self-motivated and able to work independently and systematically
