About the Role

The IT Support Technician will provide front-line technical support to internal staff and resort guests, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and AV systems. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, customer service skills, and a proactive attitude in maintaining the resort’s IT infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, servers, printers, POS systems, and hardware peripherals
  • Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on all IT equipment
  • Provide end-user support for software applications and hardware systems
  • Support audio-visual systems and resort-wide network infrastructure
  • Assist with VoIP telephone systems and Helpdesk operations
  • Monitor and support backup systems and data network stability

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows 2008 & 2013 (PC and Server)
  • Solid understanding of networking essentials and troubleshooting methods
  • Familiar with VoIP telephone systems and audiovisual equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and systematically
