About the Role
Inchcape is seeking a Marine Sales & Service Lead to oversee Suzuki Marine sales and service operations in Barbados. Reporting to the Head of Distribution Excellence Motorcycle and OBM (based in Puerto Rico), this role acts as the key liaison between Inchcape and its regional marine dealers, ensuring performance targets are met while delivering exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for Suzuki Marine dealers across the region

Set and communicate sales, after-sales, and financial targets to dealers

Monitor dealer performance and report monthly on results

Ensure compliance with manufacturer sales, service, and marketing standards

Manage marketing materials, promotions, and incentive programs
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and dealer networks
-
Monitor competitor activity and market performance
-
Implement onboarding plans for new dealers

Set and maintain pricing strategies

Ensure dealer facilities meet brand standards

Coordinate and support training initiatives
-
Travel throughout the regional dealer network
Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
-
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience at a high-performance level
-
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
-
Excellent budgeting, data analysis, and reporting abilities
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Power BI skills are an asset
-
Knowledge of inventory and customer experience management
-
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
