Bayview Hospital, one of Barbados' premier healthcare institutions, is hiring a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to oversee the hospital’s administrative operations. This role is essential to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility, ensuring policy compliance, efficient staff coordination, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train admin staff (medical receptionists, ward clerks, admissions).

Manage budgets, payrolls, rosters, and supplies procurement.

Handle public relations and internal/external communication.

Participate in budgeting and performance reviews.

Ensure compliance with contracts and hospital policies.

Assist with policy implementation and statutory reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Management or Health Care Administration (preferred).

Associate Degree in Office Administration required.

Minimum 5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.

Proficiency in payroll systems (PayPak experience is a plus).

Strong grasp of office processes, compliance, and medical admin systems.
