Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing workshop efficiency, streamlining processes, managing inventory and purchasing, and controlling budgets. This role ensures smooth, cost-effective operations and accurate job documentation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships: Handle bookings, set expectations, and guide clients using technical team feedback

Formulate strategic and operational objectives: Ensure efficient job completion and organizational alignment

Improve operational management systems: Develop and refine processes and best practices

Purchase workshop materials: Plan and coordinate inventory restocks

Manage budgets and forecasts: Based on guidelines set by the CEO
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Management or a similar field

Valid Light Goods Vehicle (LGV) Driver’s License

Knowledge of the automotive industry (considered an asset)
