Human Resources Generalist
The position can be based in either BARBADOS or JAMAICA and will focus on the day-to-day, hands-on tasks and processes that support HR across both locations.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM, etc.) will be a strong asset.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labour laws for both BARBADOS and JAMAICA.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (working knowledge of Odoo will be an asset).
