Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of store operations: personnel, sales, inventory, and customer service

Develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement

Ensure attractive visual merchandising and a well-organized store layout

Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training

Enforce store policies, procedures, and health & safety standards

Address customer inquiries and feedback professionally
